From Vietnams farms to your table

Chai's food PHILOSOPHY

Fresh & Local

We serve only what’s freshest from the farm. Ingredient quality is our starting point, thoughtful preparation is our craft, and every plate at Chai is our commitment to it.

About chai

Our Story

Good food, shared well, is the foundation of a good evening. At Chai, that starts with what’s freshest from the farm — simple, thoughtful cooking that lets the ingredients lead.

We see every guest who walks into our garden as someone we’ve invited over, and it’s our job to make that evening feel a little more special than the last. From the first pour of wine to the last note of live music on the weekend, every detail — the plates, the setting, the pace of the night — is there to make you want to stay a little longer.

We serve freshest catches

Experience

Simple and balanced, with a story to tell. Our chef brings together the flavors of Vietnam with techniques and influences picked up along the way, creating a menu full of surprising, thoughtful combinations.

“I’ve spent years learning the authenticity of local ingredients — from the farms and markets right here, to kitchens abroad. Every chef I’ve worked with sees a dish differently, and Chai’s menu is where those philosophies meet Vietnamese produce and flavor.”
